Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@citydiscoveryco.com. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

A $5 flat-rate fee will be charged to cover a portion of the return shipping cost.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and correct it promptly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please get in touch.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at returns@citydiscoveryco.com
